Breathwork Coaching
Personalized breathing training to improve how you breathe, respond to stress, sleep, move, and perform.
Personalized breathing training to improve how you breathe, respond to stress, sleep, move, and perform.
Breathing happens automatically, but the way we breathe is influenced by habits, stress, sleep, physical activity, and everyday demands.
Breathwork Coaching helps you understand your individual breathing patterns, develop practical breathing skills, and integrate them into daily life. The approach draws on functional breathing principles and Buteyko breathing education and is adapted to the individual rather than built around a one-size-fits-all exercise.
Breathing patterns can change across different parts of daily life. These are some of the areas we may explore together.
BREATHE
How you breathe at rest
Nasal vs. mouth breathing
Breathing mechanics
SLEEP
Night time breathing habits
Waking with a dry mouth
Settling before sleep
MOVE
Breathing during activity
Exercise tolerance
Recovery after exertion
RESPOND
Stress and activation
Sighing or breath-holding
Changes during concentration
There isn't one breathing exercise that everyone needs. Individual coaching begins by understanding how you currently breathe, what you would like to improve, and where your breathing patterns may be working against you. From there, we identify appropriate practices, develop the skill, and gradually integrate it into everyday life.
Understand your breath before trying to change it.
We begin by exploring your current breathing patterns, habits, goals, and the situations in which your breathing tends to change.
We explore:
Breathing mechanics and patterns
Nasal versus mouth breathing
Breathing at rest and during activity
Changes during sleep, concentration, exercise, and stress
Individual goals and areas for improvement
Develop the skill deliberately.
Breathing exercises are selected according to your patterns and goals. Rather than collecting techniques, you learn what you're practicing, why you're practicing it, and how to perform it correctly.
We develop strategies to:
Develop more comfortable nasal breathing
Improve breathing awareness and mechanics
Build tolerance for lighter, more controlled breathing
Reduce unnecessary overbreathing
Practice and progress exercises appropriate to your goals
Make better breathing part of everyday life.
Breathing practice shouldn't exist only during an exercise. As skills develop, the focus shifts toward bringing them into the situations where your breathing actually matters.
We apply the skills to:
Everyday breathing at rest
Sleep preparation and nighttime habits
Walking and physical activity
Exercise and recovery
Work, concentration, and stressful situations
Travel and changing routines
The objective is not to think about your breathing all day. It is to develop better patterns and practical skills that increasingly become your own.

The goal isn't perfect breathing. It's greater adaptability.
To recognize how you're breathing, understand what the situation requires, and have practical skills to influence your response—whether you're resting, sleeping, exercising, concentrating, or navigating stress.
You want to understand why your breathing changes under stress or concentration.
You want to develop more comfortable everyday breathing habits.
You notice mouth breathing, frequent sighing, breath-holding, or overbreathing.
You want to explore breathing in relation to sleep, exercise, recovery, or performance.
You want practical skills rather than simply collecting breathing techniques.
